1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SurePlug mobile app or this public site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.
2. Escrow & Booking Payments
Clients agree to fund the full job quote into the secure escrow account before the artisan begins work. Artisans agree not to request additional offline payments. Payouts are released once work completion is confirmed in the app.
3. Commission & Service Fees
SurePlug deducts a flat 12% platform commission on the total booking value upon successful payout. This fee is automatically deducted from the artisan's earnings.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Either party can cancel a booking before work begins. If an artisan fails to show or complete the job, a full escrow refund is issued to the client, subject to review by our moderation team.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding job quality or completion, our support desk will lock the escrow and review photo/video proofs submitted by both client and artisan to issue a final settlement.
